Yes. Our audio-video electronic signature uses advanced technology and AI facial recognition to verify the signer’s identity and track all signing records.
SelfieSign complies with Taiwan’s Electronic Signatures Act, is registered under the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ “Electronic Signature Solution Service Capability,” and meets the EU’s eIDAS AES (Advanced Electronic Signature) standards—ensuring full legal validity internationally.
No installation is required. SelfieSign is cloud-based—simply open the signing link on your computer or mobile device. No downloads or apps needed.
Yes. SelfieSign supports multi-party signing, customizable signing order, and automated notifications. Pricing is based on document count, not signer count.

Only three simple steps are needed:
Step 1: Manage TemplatesUpload your PDF contract to the upload box. After setting the signing order, insert signature fields, text fields, date fields, etc., anywhere on the document. Additional settings are available in the right-hand task panel.
Step 2: Issue the Signing DocumentSearch for your template, then click Issue.
Step 3: SignIn the Document Management page, find your document and share it via link or QR code.Signers can enable camera, microphone, and location permissions, perform the audio-video signature, and complete the process instantly.
Absolutely. SelfieSign supports iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices with an adaptive interface for a smooth signing experience.
You can enable email notifications in the backend.
The system notifies the next signer whenever a signer completes their part, and sends a completion notice to all signers once the entire document is signed.
Click Forgot Password on the login page, and the system will send a reset link.

Yes. SelfieSign meets EU eIDAS AES (Advanced Electronic Signature) standards, is registered under Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs certification program, and is legally valid under Article 4 of Taiwan’s Electronic Signatures Act.
We use AES encryption, facial recognition, liveness detection, and synchronized video recording. All data is stored securely on encrypted servers to prevent tampering.
The recorded video clearly captures the signer’s face, voice, and signing actions—providing strong identity verification and non-repudiation, making it admissible as legal evidence.

Yes. The SaaS version (cloud storage provided by us) includes 10 free documents per year.
If you exceed the limit, you may upgrade your plan. Any usage beyond the free quota will automatically trigger a quotation and billing.
We also provide API integration (data stored on your servers), with pricing varying by plan and document volume.
All documents are priced per document, regardless of the number of signers.
